Head of Digital Strategy & Propositions, LV=

Jon joined LV= in November 2017 and is responsible for the Digital Strategy & Propositions.

A key part of Jon’s role has been to progress the transformation roadmap and strategy across the GI business ensuring the provision of relevant digital experiences for customers as they interact with LV=.

Jon has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, specifically in strategic brand, customer data and digital roles. Prior to joining LV= Jon was at Aviva, where he was Head of Customer Insight, Data and Analytics,  responsible for leading the development of its UK data and analytics function across their UK businesses.
